Hello, my name is Erika! I have been working with infants and children in many settings for 15 years. I have extensive experience with all ages- newborns through teens, as well as autism, ADHD, and other special needs developmental/speech delays, etc. I have experience with behavior management and AAC devices PECS, iPad. Open to additional training.I currently work part time as a Medicaid attendant 15 years and as a substitute preschool teacher and summer camp instructor at a preschool in Blacksburg. I worked as an elementary & preschool special ed aide with Montgomery Co Public Schools, VA for 9 years, working 1 on 1 with children with various special needs. I am first aid and CPR certified, can provide reliable transportation, have past experience lifeguarding, and have experience using ASL. I am very organized, detail oriented and can help with light housekeeping tasks. I love doing puzzles and building with Legos! Can provide many references upon request. Hope to hear from you!
