My career in working with children has been based on making a difference one family and student at a time. Developing little humans is one of the most important responsibilities that exists! Professionally, I possess Elementary and Special Education teaching degrees and over 10+ years of public and private teaching, and tutoring (elementary to college level). My babysitting experience began at age 16 and 1st nanny experience at age 18. My student base over the years includes: academic enrichment programs, autism, MR, adjudicated youth, and other various disabilities. I am also happy to assist with duties around the house and help run the household while working with your child. I am responsible, dedicated, loving, kind, intuitive, energetic, dependable and caring. I am looking to support the family unit and help children grow developmentally and academically. I love to bring out the best in others and add value when possible!

I really can't say enough positive things about Elizabeth! She is wonderful with kids, understands them, and engages with them from the first moment she walks in the door. She also exudes confidence and has a lot of experience with different types of kids and issues, and puts me at ease immediately. I also appreciate that she is considerate of me in the little things she does - she got to know my style, organizes the kids to pick up, considers my discipline approach, etc. She is a hard worker, which is just part of who she is. She is not put out by difficult situations - she is optimistic, pushes through, and eventually ensures that everything ends well. She is also creative - bringing fun things for the kids to do to enhance their time with her. I very much trust that she will make decisions that I agree with, and that she can handle ANY situation. Finally, she is very reliable Always on time and very communicative. I pretty much recommend her any chance I get :)
