About Amy

Hi I'm Amy! I am a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working with kiddos. I have personal and professional experience with kids with special needs. I grew up in a family with a sister with severe disabilities; diagnosed with autism, intellectual disabilities, and epilepsy. I also have experience working with kids with hearing loss, Down syndrome, ADHD, and other learning disabilities and a variety of syndromes. Given my career, I have background checks and clearances completed. I love working with children of all ages. I am especially great with school-age kids. I have worked with kids in a variety of settings, including babysitting since the young age of 14, working at summer camps in college, and more recently clinical, professional work with kids and students providing Speech and Language therapy. I have both a cat and a dog, so I am comfortable with (friendly) pets. Let me know how I can support your family!
