I worked with adults with disabilities, taking them out into the community to assist with objectives they made in order to then complete their ultimate goals. These would include, running errands, shopping for things involving their hobbies, exercising, etc. I am passionate about working with those with special needs because it is natural for me to care about people and those with special needs are the most genuine people I have met. After graduating from college, I was unsure in what direction to go in with my Human Services Degree, but once I started working with adults with disabilities, it solidified my decision on working with those with special needs.
