I have worked at Zeeland Christian School as an aide to those in elementary school with disabilities for a couple of years and loved being hands on with the students! I worked at Compassionate Heart Ministries (a place for people with mild to moderate disabilities) for 4 years. I started as a Program Assistant, the moved to the Activity Coordinator and then the Program Manager. I have a lot of experience with being hands on with helping with behaviors, leading activities & building relationships with those with disabilities.
