Hi, I'm Drew! I'm a Washington-based journalist with a passion for writing, communication, grammar, and reading. Trying to explain the rules of English is extraordinarily difficult. You'll find that I'm able to explain the "whys" effectively and clearly and empower students to find their voice, gain confidence on exams, and better comprehend the intricacies of English and language arts. I'm friendly, engaging, and great at handling the totally valid frustration that comes with struggling in a subject. It's important to me to be a mentor and role model, not just a tutor.
