About Denise

My name is Denise and I am amazing with people. I'm energetic and really great to get along with. I have a beautiful 14y/o and a fish named Fitchy. I have over 12 years of experience working with children in both private & public settings. For the past 3 years I have been working as an online ESL Teacher for children ages 5-16 in China. I also privately tutor (k-2). I hold an Associates in Social Science & Bachelors Degree in Psychology from The University of Massachusetts, Boston. I also work as a Trauma Informed Domestic Violence Specialist, providing adults/children with support to acquire & practice skills to achieve long term stability. I love people & I love to help people out in any way possible. I am great at engaging & problem-solving with children/teens whether it's with fun & colorful props or just the skill to converse, help navigate, and relate to what teens go through. I can help with Special Education and have experience teaching children with different abilities :)
