Dani has done a wonderful job caring for our 94-year-old mother as a full-time, live-in caregiver for the past four months. During this time, she has had a full-range of caregiving and household management responsibilities. In addition to providing 24-hour elderly care 5 days a week, she has overseen a team of weekend caregivers. Together they have fed, clothed, bathed, changed, medicated and transported our mother and kept her company and entertained. Dani has been a stalwart, consistently and reliably providing the fundamental day-to-day care that kept our mother safe and clean and trucking along - a task which was not without challenges. She is a good communicator. She is able to strike a balance between flexibility and firmness. She is fair and reasonable. She is responsible and has a fantastic spirit and an astonishing smile to share. Dani entered a committed to my mother and our family and, true to her word, stayed with her to the end, We are grateful.
