I recently moved back to Tallahassee after a family member died. I was a Chef de Cuisine at Sea Island for the last 6 yrs and have over 20 yrs experience in the culinary field. I can no longer be a traditional chef as the hours are too long but really miss cooking and serving for others. At Sea Island I was responsible for creating scheduling and setting up for events at our members homes for private chef dinners for family or friends. I am able to do this on a smaller scale as well as cook for the family on a regular basis. I am also willing to do light cleaning of other areas of the house.
