Currently a RN student and available evenings, nights and possibly some daytime hours. I have worked in hospice and extended rehabilitation and 24 in home care.. I have experience with companionship, Dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, limited mobility, wheel chair, assisted walking, all forms of transferring, range of motion, physical therapy and speech therapy, G-tube (feeding tubes), Insulin checks, Wound changes, Daily input/output monitoring, Briefs changes, commode transfers, 2 hour- turning, meal preparations, and light housekeeping. I am positive, cheertul and knowledgeable. I am also respective of patient and family privacy. I have many local references upon request. Certified nursing assistance, associates degree in nursing science .
