About Kathy

I began my caregiver career at a Assisted living and was there for five years, working my last 2 years there as a med tech before moving on to in-home-care. I have some experience with a G tube and aphasia, right or left sided weakness, and I have experience with dementia and stroke patients. I am able to assist with toileting, showering, dressing and all forms of hygiene. I can prepare healthy meals with a good sense for variety. My passion is helping people get stronger and healthier therefore I am capable of following instructions from any physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy the client is engaged in. I have also had numerous hospice clients for families who prefer to stay at home. I have assisted clients with appointments i. e.: Doctor, salon, therapy or errands. I am very comfortable with pets and help with feeding and grooming.
