About Danielle

Hello! My name is Dani and I'm a professional tutor & certified teacher. I'd describe myself as witty, charismatic, and empathetic. When I'm not teaching English or tutoring, I like to read & write poetry and play PC games on the desktop I built myself. Below you will find a full history of my academic experience and qualifications! My academic experience truly began after I enrolled at a college prep school for 11th & 12th grade. That gave me a ton of experience with what it means to be a "gifted" kid: all your high school classes are for college credit & there's a huge emphasis on scoring well on the SAT/ACT. After graduating with a perfect GPA, I attended Hendrix College where I graduated summa cum laude with distinction with a BA in English. I was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. I'm currently enrolled in a part time MFA program to pursue my love for creative writing and literature and I work as a full-time secondary English teacher at a local school district.
