I'm a certified personal trainer and love working with people of all ages. I served in the U. S. Navy for 6 years. I coached high school crew for 10 years while providing care for my elderly grand mother. I currently run a small gym(part-time) in a private 55+ community in the morning and mentor through LI Youth Mentoring. I love my job at the gym however I am only needed until1 p.m. Tuesday - Friday. I am motivated to work more hours and would like to put my talent of working with people to good use.
