We are sad to let Dale go. In the three months that we have known Dale she has truly become apart of our family. She is a wonderful caregiver to our two young daughters, 15 months & 4.5 yr. Dale has many strengths, her greatest is her outgoing personality. She fills a room with song, love and laughter. Her years of experience as a mother, educator, sister and friend give her a grace and wisdom that I find comforting. She devotes her full attention to each child and gives each what she individually needs. Both girls have blossomed in Dale's care, developing into confident, social and active children. We are sad to let Dale go, if i could I would keep her on but my employment has ended. I hope that you are quick to give her a position, as her warmth, attentive care and inviting personality will be sure to endear her to you.
