About Cynthia

I have 10+ years of experience working with infants/toddlers, preschool age children, and children with special needs. My background and education is in Child Development with an emphasis in Special Education and Challenging Behaviors. I have worked as a child care provider at a home daycare, a preschool teacher for a private preschool, and currently as an inclusion technician for the Head Start Program. My current job duties include working with children with disabilities and who exhibit challenging behaviors in the classroom. I love the joy children bring to you and how they can accomplish anything with a little patience and love. I enjoy working side by side with the families to ensure that their children are receiving the care they deserve. I believe children should be respected and be allowed to explore and learn from their environments, peers, and adult role models. I love to do arts and craft, sewing, play sports, musicals, museums and spend time with my family. With this said I am only available after 5pm, most holidays and weekends.
