My passion is to support families with my expertise in sleep training, daily schedules, experiential learning, and organization. I am a proactive nanny who is creative, flexible, and adaptable to the dynamic nature of developmental stages and sleep, feeding, and activity needs. Outdoor activities such as neighborhood walks, perusing parks, and enjoying the zoo and other regional highlights is my forte. Crystal was great. She worked for my family for a year, taking care of our son, who was 8 months old when she started. She always took initiative to find developmentally appropriate activities to do with G and kept his safety in mind. With past experiences as a postpartum doula, she not only cared for G, but for our whole family. She’s very open and responsive to feedback and always wants to make sure she’s doing the best she can for you. While sometimes punctuality was a challenge, she was never more than 15 minutes late and always communicates when something had come up. Crystal became part of our family and I’m sure she’ll become a part of yours.
