It is my pleasure to highly recommend Claire for a position as a nanny. Claire was our nanny from August 2012 to October 2014. She began when our daughter was 3 months old, and our son 3 years old. She became a wonderful addition to our family. Claire worked full time or more, and in addition to expertly caring for our children, she drove them to preschool and activities, ran errands, and managed many things in our home while my husband and I were at work or traveling for work. Our children came to love and trust Claire and still have a close bond with her. Claire was wonderful with our baby daughter and helped her grow to be a polite and confident 2 year old. With Claire s help, our son went from a preschooler to a thriving kindergartener. Claire understood and fostered the developmental needs of our young children. She was kind and gentle, and also ensured our children knew she expected good behavior from them. Claire was very flexible and accommodated our changing schedules. She prepared balanced and nutritious meals and snacks, planned fun activities in and out of our home, and always made sure our children were safe. Claire always communicated with us about the day when we came home, confidently informing us of all the highlights, but also sharing things that didn't go so well for our children. We recently had a new baby and Claire has been helping us when she is able. Our children are always excited to see her.
