I would be cautious about hiring Ciera for can't miss events or to cover work. She confirmed a date with us, but canceled with less than 12 hours notice. She cited transportation issues but didn't respond to offers to pick up/drop off, which makes me worry that she wasn't fully honest about what was going on. She interviews well and is responsive to texts.
