I am experienced for day or overnight care for children or elders. I am willing to sit for pets, to include walking the dogs. I am also a fantastic cook. I enjoy cooking and at one point I considered going to cooking school to become a caterer but decided to change because of the hours away from my young family. I enjoy cooking and meal planning. Although I do not have any formal training as a cook according to the world's standards, I do come from a long line of cooks in my family. I maybe self-taught and not trained in the eyes of the world, but I know my way around a kitchen and I will go head to head with any Top Chef. I have been cooking most of my life and I consider myself a Foodie. I study food trends. I have traveled to many countries while living in Europe and I brought back many dishes for my recipe archives to include specialty dishes. I lived in Asia for a while. I also do research on the various dishes that I prepare. I have a meal planner and an iPad that I use constantly. It helps with shopping lists food preparation budgeting and a host of recipes. I am a great baker, and I enjoy baking specialty breads and I keep a clean kitchen. I love party and event planning. I love planning and hosting dinner parties and decorating. I am looking for a family who may need overnight or weekend or needs a hand with running errands or cooking for parties during the day.
