I'd describe my personality as silly, spontaneous, caring I like working with kids because I'm a mother myself, and I originally wanted to be a preschool teacher, and spent my senior year doing half days at a career center focused in Early Childhood education with hands on experience in the on site preschool. I'm looking for a job that allows me to bring my 13-month-old son along to help me provide income for my own family while also allowing me to save money on child care costs. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old with occasional babysitting of family friends! In my spare time, I like to relax with my family, play yard games, visit my parents, explore the city. One thing you should know about me is I am very empathetic and highly value conscious/gentle parenting tactics. I value treating children with respect and helping them work through their emotions and guiding them to make good choices. My skills include interactive play, story telling, staying calm.
