About Carolyn

I have been a professional Certified Nursing Assistant licensed through the state of WA for over 14 years working in a variety of settings. I started this career path with work experience in an Assisted Living facility and worked closely with folks battling Dementia. I then transitioned for the next 7 years into a rural critical access hospital that specialized in rehabilitation, mostly working with our senior population. While there, I also worked within the therapy department assisting all disciplines of therapists and managed my own caseload of patient's restorative therapies. I ventured out on my own when a friend asked for help with her mother after having surgery, and from there I worked as a live in caregiver for several months on a referral. Currently, I provide private, in-home care for several different clients. My references can be provided upon request.
