Carolina was the nanny for our daughter Claudia and she is wonderful! More specifically she strikes the right balance of absolute professionalism and warmth. Our daughter adored her and they had such fun together. The fact that Carolina is a trained teacher was one of the reasons we hired her, I would regularly come home from work to find there was some sort of educational game underway, whether working on gross motor skills with a 'walk-the-line' game, or "walking" the toy doggies, or just simply coloring-in and practicing the names of the colors. I always found this very encouraging, coming home to such happy occupations. We still use Carolina where we can and she feels like an extended part of our family, this was particularly nice for us as we don't have any family nearby. Carolina is also a very good cook, so prepared wonderful meals for our daughter and was mindful of creating a base that we could then use in another form, whether salads to take to work or equivalent.
