Carmen was professional, arrived on time, friendly, and great with my young son. It’s obvious she loves babies, and she held him and played with him all day. She helped with housework, doing laundry and dishes and cleaning the baby’s room. Spanish is her first language and she is learning English. She was able to communicate adequately. I can speak Spanish so I really liked that my son could hear Spanish.
