About Cara

For three decades, I've dedicated myself to nurturing children's potential and providing families with dependable care. My passion stems from a deep desire to positively influence young lives. I hold a graduate degree in occupational therapy and an undergraduate degree in early childhood education. I have worked as a pediatric OT for over 20 years. Prior to that I served as a nanny and babysitter while completing my coursework. I am patient, friendly, silly and fun. I always follow parents' lead when it comes to household rules and preferred communication methods. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games that make learning fun! I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR. I'm comfortable caring for one or more children and am happy to help with light housekeeping. I look forward to discussing how I can support your family.
