About Candy

Hello, I'm Candy R., a passionate and reliable childcare professional with 15+ years of experience supporting neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals from infancy through adulthood. I am a RBT certified since 2015 and currently work as a Program Supervisor while collecting hours to become a BCaCA. I graduated in May 2024 with a BS in Psychology in ABA. I also hold AS in Psychology and Social Behavioral Sciences. Over the years, I've supported families in roles such as babysitter, nanny, after-school teacher, caregiver, paraprofessional, and behavior therapist. I've worked in homes, schools, clinics, community outings, field trips, transition programs, and family vacations. My diverse experience allows me to adapt easily to any family culture and provide consistent, high-quality care. I am committed to making life easier for families while promoting each child's growth and independence. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, reliable vehicle, and comfortable with pets.
