About Brooke

Hi my name is Brooke! I began working with children of all ages at the age of 16 as a swim instructor. I taught with confidence and positive reinforcement how to be safe in the water and proper technique of all four strokes. I then worked for Orange Unified School District as an assistant for a 7-year-old boy with severe autism. The student and I adapted very quickly. I showed leadership, guidance and had to quickly learn which tools worked for his learning style. Since, I have worked with numerous families through care. com returned working for Orange Unified School District as a SPED instructional assistant in the city of Anaheim Hills. I am looking for a love-able family to care for a few times a week - part time in the evenings for the remainder of the school year and full time this summer. I'm friendly, energetic, loving, empathetic, trustworthy, well organized and absolutely adore working with children. Looking forward to hearing from you!
