About Joliana

I am an experienced educator with eight years of working with children in various roles. I have babysat for multiple families, caring for children between the ages of 19 months and 15 years. For five years, I worked as an Instructional Assistant for special needs students with the Irvine Unified School District. Currently, I am substitute teacher for IUSD as well. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Educational and Clinical Counseling, PPS, LPCC at Azusa Pacific University. As part of my graduate training, I am interning as a school counselor at an elementary school in Irvine. Additionally, I work with Raising Rainbows, an after-school daycare program. Beyond my academic and professional experience, I have also led a Christian summer camp at my local church.
