About Brittany

I currently work in Employee Experience at HubSpot, a software company based in Boston. I graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in English and Sociology. For the last three years of college, I was an employee of my college's Speaking, Arguing, and Writing Center, which focused primarily on helping students improve their writing and language skills, presentation delivery, and confidence in their coursework. Although the center focused on reading and writing, students were able to bring in assignments from all disciplines, allowing mentors the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of subjects. I also volunteered at a local elementary school and worked with 4th and 5th graders to improve their reading and mathematical skills. Since graduating from Mount Holyoke, I've continued tutoring, most recently joining the aTutors community, and helping learners of all ages and experience levels with reading comprehension, literature, and writing.
