About Brigitte

Over the course of many years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience providing both daytime and overnight care for all four of my grandparents. This caregiving journey has given me deep insight into the unique physical, emotional, and practical needs of the elderly, as well as the patience, compassion, and attention to detail required to meet them. My responsibilities included assisting with daily medication management, preparing nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs, and providing bathroom and bathing assistance. I also offered constant companionship. Engaging in conversation, helping with mobility, and supporting mental and emotional well-being through regular interaction and support. This experience taught me how to anticipate needs and respond calmly in challenging situations, create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for aging individuals. I am proud of the relationships and life lessons gained through caregiving.
