I could not have asked for more capable, compassionate care for my parents. Bri cared for both my mom and dad until my dad passed at age 100 in December 2020 and my mom passed from Alzheimer's in April 2023. Bri cared for my parents, managed the other CNA's (interviewing, hiring, scheduling, day to day management), managed prescription and medical supply orders, liaised with hospice and managed the house (meal planning, household chores). She is an excellent manager. Her communication is excellent. She was proactive in letting us and hospice know of any potential problems. She worked closely with hospice to manage my mom's medications and make sure everything was being done to keep her comfortable and to provide the best possible care. Bri is very dependable, and it gave us so much peace of mind to have her caring for our parents and managing the house when one of us could not be there. Bri became a part of our family. Any family would be fortunate to have her!
