My retinal detachment incapacitated me for eight days during which time it was imperative that I keep my head facing down. To my surprise and delight, Ms. Randy S. gave me a high level of care that I didn't anticipate. She knew just what to do when I was discharged from hospital; her skilled observation understood a complication and hurried me to doctor's office when I had severe nausea two days post surgery. Ms. S. took charge of my healing schedule with confidence; and showed me considerable empathy. She was hired at the last minute due to emergency surgery at the suggestion of a friend. I will/would certainly hire her again as a knowledgeable, attentive, and dependable caregiver. She earned my endorsement.
