About BRENDA

I'm a natural caretaker. I'm compassionate and nurturing. I love animals and giving them attention, comes natural for me. I'm also very gentle with animals and have a strong ability to read them. I'd describe my personality as intuitive, trustworthy and compassionate. I like working with animals because they need us as much as we need them. I enjoy learning their personality find most are intelligent. I'm looking for a job that allows me to supplement my retirement without being to physical or psychologically taxing. I need flexibility in assignments as well. I started working with animals as a teenager. At which time I cared for our house pets and provided pet care for family members that traveled or had hospital stays. In my 20s I assisted a dog salon owner. Then in my 30s I assisted a Humane Society as a volunteer in another state.
