Braulia is simply the best. We often times call her our saint because I could not have asked for anyone better. I am going to be detailed because I cannot say enough good things about the care she gave our son. Braulia helped us full-time for 2+ years (starting at 3 months) with our first child and I always trusted her whole-heartedly. She kept daily records of when baby fed, had diaper changes, slept so I felt like I still knew what happened each day. As his schedule changed over time she would always ask our preferences and followed exactly those instructions. She is so sincere about caring for children and I will also say I learned so much from her as a mother. Aside from being an outstanding care-taker she genuinely cared for our son like her own. She was very intent on exposing to him to things that we found important. She always asked our preferences, but made every effort to have him be active, be outdoors, explore. She took him to nearby parks, libraries and he was able to socialize with other children which we loved. I speak a bit of spanish and my husband speaks none, but there were never any issues with communication. Her daughters are available and the most helpful individuals. She is flexible with her hours which was such a huge help to us with two working parents that have different/erratic hours each day. She was ALWAYS available. She has truly become a part of our family and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
