All children have different qualities and interests, no child is the same. I view disability in this same way. I am used to engaging with and being supportive specifically to each child the way they need. I get to know habits and observe likes and dislikes and we together come up with what we can do. I have been working as an attendant on a bus for going on 2 years now but have worked with special needs in the past volunteering at my high school and with children I have babysat. I'm a fast learner and if your child has a need I haven't before handled I will be very eager to learn. Children are gifts and will be treated with the upmost care. I myself have a 12-year-old and way back Nannied for many years and worked in a care center at a women's gym before that. Recently worked for a senior living memory care unit.
