About Ayoade

Hi my name is Ayo and I m a mother of 5 (3 girls 2 boys all grown up), I have a total of 10+ years experience as a childcare provider outside of raising my children and also 6 years housekeeping experience. I also spent 2 years teaching and working with teenagers and the youngest I have cared for is a 3-month-old baby. I provide meal preps for the children, I ensure necessary homework and activities that have been set by the parent/career is completed and fulfilled. I enjoying working with the children and I find establishing a great relationship with the children requires me to make them feel comfortable and that they are apart of activities like rule settings and agreements. I have found in the past that this makes children feel valued and that enables us to work together as a team. I have looked after a maximum of 6 kids at one given time and having a set routine enables me to handle this and I guess raising my 5 children, studying and building my career also helped.
