My past experience working in high profile homes/people has enriched me with a comprehensive knowing of "what it really takes" to do a job involving the many different aspects that happen on a daily basis, again, many things that can't be taught. I have been trusted with the entire duties of running large estates, vacation homes, exotic cars, vineyards, fine furnishings, artwork - everything from the roof to basement to outdoor structures, pools, landscaping, etc. I have had to think fast on my feet using discernment and discretion in making decisions in proxy of the owners. My keen sensing of timing, organization and accumulated knowledge of people/households makes for a smooth operation, eliminating drama and unnecessary stressors. It is my goal to add to an environment rather than subtract - going the extra mile without being told/asked to do certain tasks. I have been fortunate to glean the rare experience from being associated with sophisticated/traditional households where duties/tasks/expectations were top level. There was always something to do above and beyond the "job description". Needless to say, yes, I know how to drive a tractor and a Maclaren - and have done so in one day! I'm quite a fast learner and realize that the things that people need when they hire help exist outside the "lists" of duties. I feel this is a much valued quality - it's that special something that eases the clients fears.
