About Ann Marie

I am an experienced, certified elementary school teacher offering private reading and writing instruction. A former classroom teacher, I now work 1:1 with children as young as 3 and as old as 10. My lessons are based on Orton-Gillingham structured literacy principles and will strengthen your student's phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency and reading comprehension. I love to plan fun, multi-sensory activities that not only keep students fully engaged, but are also specifically targeted to augment each child's individual skills.
