About ANNA

I'm a caring worker who has been around kids my whole life. I started babysitting for my next door neighbors in middle school and have loved it ever since! I find so much joy in watching kids be kids. A bit about me: I am a student currently studying psychology (almost graduated!), and I will be attending a fellows program this fall. When I'm not writing papers, you can often find me running events (I do wedding coordination), at my church, with friends and family, or crashed on the couch reading a book. I love being creative, too! A bit about my childcare philosophy: I prioritize screen-free play. Childhood should involve muddy knees, a billion art projects, funny songs, loud board games, and good books - all of which I embrace and encourage! (Seriously, ask me for book recommendations. I love to collect age-appropriate children's literature and loan it out to little friends). I am happy to creatively adapt activities so they're user friendly for all ranges of abilities :)
