About Angela

Hello! I am a 23-year-old recent college graduate taking a year off from school to spend more time with my elderly father. I hold two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in history and another in sociology. Most of my professional experiences are centered around education at the K-12 level, higher education, as well as work in education policy. I have been a summer camp teacher with kids in urban districts as well as a peer mentor for students in higher education so I understand the critical need for culturally responsive care. I love working with kids because they bring out the kid in me! Beyond babysitting services, I am also confident in my ability to tutor students, as I have been involved in work and research around effective learning methods. Not to mention, I graduated from college with a 3. 9/4. 0 GPA and magna cum laude honors.
