About Amy

I have been involved in senior care my whole life. My grandparents were always on the older side and spending time meant the world me. Sundays consistently involved a church morning followed by lunch and shopping the rest of the day. Weekdays involved family dinners and as many board games, card games, or puzzles as possible until it was past everyone's bed time. Summers were spend on the boat at the cabin or sitting around the back yard fire. Two of my grandparents had dementia so I am very familiar with all stages of impact for both individuals and families. In my spare time, I like to play pickle ball, go for light hike and walks, cook/bake, and spend time in gardens. One thing you should know about me is I'm always ready to hear the long version of the story. The more details the better! My skills include being a compassionate companion, being a conversation enthusiast, and helping your loved one get out of the house.
