About Amy

I am an energetic and nurturing mother of two grown children and a former teacher. I am certified in elementary education but spent 10 years teaching K3 preschool because it allowed me to be the most involved with my own babies. I love being around children, and enjoy making them feel safe, loved, and able. I love to foster their creativity and their curiosity. I believe in listening to children and making them feel heard. I love teaching through little songs and art projects. I am looking for a part time opportunity to help parents out with their littles. I am new to the area and miss working with children but do not need a full time position. I am flexible in my schedule and would love to have the opportunity to love on your children. I have been with my current family for almost two years, but sadly will be leaving this fall due to school starting. I would love to find a new child to love this August or September.
