I interviewed Alicia for this caregiver position. She has an entire family with many many years of experience to help out. Her mother is a very wonderful and knowledgeable person. Her younger sister also has ADHD and can help my daughter by experience. I do understand Alicia is very active and busy with school and work but she fully takes the caregiving experience seriously. I cannot wait to have them watch my daughter. Very reasonable rates, willing to pick up n drop off, and the family professionalism is a definitive yes for me.
