About Amelia

I'd describe my personality as creative, patient, and curious and I love to read, go on walks, watercolor paint, bake, and anything else that's creative! My strengths include understanding different age groups and how to help children of different ages play together, talking your child through their feelings and choices they are making, and building upon their natural curiosity to create unique learning experiences throughout everyday life! I deeply I value open communication- I will always be open with you about everything, from silly things your children have said to more serious questions they have brought up, and love receiving the same level of communication so I can be the best caretaker possible! I'm looking for a job that will allow me to provide part time/ date night help for a family when I'm not teaching. I have previously loved doing both teaching and babysitting, and have had both experiences help me improve in the other!
