About Karina

As a nurturing caregiver with two years of experience, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and positively impacting their lives. My background includes some college coursework in early child development, as well as First Aid and CPR training. I'm also experienced in caring for children with special needs. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, and I prioritize their preferred method of communication. I love playing outdoor sports and educational games with children, as I find these activities both fun and beneficial for their development. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and am open to helping with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. My bilingual skills in Spanish allow me to communicate effectively with diverse families.
