Hi, I'm Amelia! I earned my bachelor's in May 2019 with the intent of going to med school, but I've since found a passion in holistic health as a more preventative approach. I'm currently working toward a certification in personal training, and I have extensive experience in wellness coaching and meal prep. My work is fulfilling to me because I love helping people feel their best by personalizing strategies to improve quality of life. I like to write vegan recipes and bake in my free time, and I love weightlifting! In case of household assistance, I assist with groceries and other basic errands; I also enjoy organizing cluttered spaces. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and fish for any pet-sitting needs. I'm an energetic and task-oriented person, and I hope to make your life easier!
