About Amber

Hello families, my name is Amber! I am a charismatic and dependable college graduate with experience delivering educational assistance and instruction to various levels of learners. I am committed to providing children with necessary tools to achieve academic goals, instilling love of learning and cooperative teamwork. Some of my skills include excellent communication, patience, trustworthiness, and strong leadership qualities- but I pride myself most on my creativity! I am always looking for new and innovative ways to make life a little more colorful. I find working with children extremely rewarding and have 3-4 years of experience working as a camp counselor, nanny and tutor. Prior to COVID-19, I was offered a teaching position overseas which I unfortunately declined due to travel/safety restrictions. Although this was initially disappointing, I now am overjoyed to have the awesome opportunity to help out local families in need of some assistance in these strange times.
