Experienced Child Care Provider

Avg response < 9 hrs
Hi there! I'm Sue a mom of 3, youngest is 19. I believe being a mom yourself gives great experience in all areas of childcare. I was mainly a stay at home mom. I am currently a full time nanny for one family in Charlotte during the week , and a part time child/home care provider for several families. The children range from 6 weeks old to 12 years old . I enjoy children and have always been very good at bonding with all ages. I am very nurturing, kindhearted , responsible, honest , reliable and respect parental rules and guidelines set by you to enforce, providing a safe and structured environment. I enjoy engaging in children's activities that they enjoy , as well as adventuring into new ones with them! I'm very comfortable with dogs , but allergic to cats. I'm available for overnight stays and weekends and spontaneous date nights for you to relax and get away for some you time! Please reach out to me to chat more about your specific care needs! Thank you! Susan

I cannot say enough good things about Sue! She has been with our family a little over 7 months as our full time nanny for our son who is 2 years old. She is always on time, dependable, and very importantly flexible. Our son runs to greet her every morning; as they have created quite the special bond- cooking, parks, story time, walks, Discovery Place, etc... She keeps our home running smoothly- from prepping dinners, letting the dog out, grocery shopping, keeping track of items we are low on-- she truly takes care of us. Sue has exceeded all expectations and has become part of our family. We are leaving for a job opportunity out of state; or Sue would be with us for YEARS to come!

I am a childcare professional looking to relocate. I have a bachelors degree in Child Psychology with coursework in elementary education. I have worked with children aged newborn to 14, multiples, and children suffering from diseases such as leukemia, and children with autism. I am currently looking for a permanent nannying position where I will be able to grow alongside the children and parents as a child care professional. In a nannying position, I would be able to offer both educational and experience based knowledge with an emphasis on holding high expectations, but supported by high levels of care and affection. I value matching consistent care from the parents (i. e. discipline, affection, parenting strategies) to allow children the ability to feel comfortable and supported by all of their caregivers, and I believe that I can be an excellent asset to the right household.

Madison is the sweetest, kindest, and most caring person you will meet. We had the privilege of having her nanny for our son from 4months to almost 1 year. Madison was always punctual and hardworking, but more than that, she was trustworthy. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for her time with us. She not only cared for our son like her own, but helped him grow and learn. She has a passion and knowledge for child development and always made sure to aligned to our parenting style. She was a blessing to our family :)

Perfect Nanny For Your Child

Hi my name is Alejandra and I have 2 kids: one at the college, and the other one works. My native language is Spanish and I am fluent in English and German as well. I have experience working with children and have excellent references. I am fun to be around, compassionate, love pets and very organized. I also have a CNA certification. I have been with the same family for the past four years however the child that I am taking care of is starting school this year. I am available at both part time or full time basis.

Maria (we call her By her middle name, Alejandra) has been with my family for almost 1 year. From the minute we met her, we felt as though she was a part of our family. She is loving, exudes joy, and has an incredible work ethic. My daughter will be almost 2, and it is evident that they adore each other. Alejandra cares for our almost 2 year old and our energetic dog, helps with numerous household duties, as well as takes our daughter to activities. She definitely helps our household run smoothly. Alejandra also speaks Spanish, English, and German. She often speaks to our daughter in Spanish, and now my almost 2 year old is capable of carrying on a conversation with her in Spanish. We appreciate that our daughter is always learning and well loved. Sadly, our family is moving out of the area, and we will be unable to take Alejandra with us. She would be an asset to any family in need of a nanny/caregiver. We hope she finds a new family that loves her as much as we do.
