Experienced And Compassionate Child Care Provider

Avg response < 6 hrs
I have vast experience in infancy and childhood physical, mental and emotional growth, development and care. I love working with babies and children, having provided in-home services for several years on and off. Most family involvement has been comprised of between two and five children, many times also including their friends and neighborhood pals. Special needs (physical, mental, emotional and/or learning) have also frequently been a focus. I strive to actively reduce the workload and stress experienced by most working parents and their children, raise children's self-esteem and uphold parental values, which appreciably enhances the atmosphere of the home.

Gale was not just "child care" for us, she became a part of our family. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to her when we moved to NY for my husbands job and we miss her dearly. She is punctual, friendly, honest, reliable, hardworking... I could go on and on! Gale cared for our daughter from newborn to 10 months and have her to thank as she played an integral part in our daughter's development into the sweet, smart and determined 1 year old that she is today. Her nurturing demeanor allowed us to feel comfortable with leaving our newborn child at home with her while we were working. In addition, as two working parents that travel often for our jobs, she made our lives easier in every way possible with not only helping us with our baby, but also with day to day tasks in our home. I would highly recommend bringing Gale into your home and family - we tried convincing her to move to NY with us but haven't had any luck with that just yet :)

Nicolette 10+ Years In Child Care

If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because it is very rewarding to work with children especially on an individual level and daily basis to allow a close relationship to be built and to see developmental, academic, and personality growth within the child. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 15 years and can honestly say I love what I do! My goal as a Nanny is to dedicate my time to provide individual and experienced attention as well as a safe and secure stimulated environment. I also find it essential for the children to have some sort of peer social interaction. With that being said I do have a little one of my own that would be coming along. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be as caring, enthusiastic and welcoming as I am! Available After 5:30 p.m. M-F. All Day Sat-Sun

We have used Nicolette since my son was 11 months old (he's 18 months at the time of this review). She had done date nights and nannied full time for several weeks bc my son's daycare closed due to COVID. We love her and my son would actually cry when she left he had so much fun with her! He is back at daycare now, but will continue to use her for date nights and back up care. She's dependable, caring, and great with my son who can be a handful!
