About Amanda
Hello! My name is Amanda and I am certified elementary grade teacher in Washington, D. C. This is my 8th year of teaching and my 5th year of teaching kindergarten. I have graduate degree in education and am trained in the science of reading. I have an undergraduate degree in both English and history from the University of Richmond and I am originally from northern New Jersey. I have over 16 years of childcare experience of all ages including newborns. I am currently looking for a part-time, afterschool, virtual tutoring job.
