I enjoy learning from them through conversations and through the actual care I provide. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my honest and respectful nature, allows me to foster a nurturing environment. I firmly believe in open communication and promptly share daily reports, adhering to the preferred communication method. I am confident in my ability to gently guide my clients while maintaining a consistent and safe environment. I have personal cares, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and general care experience. I am first aid and CPR certified. I am well versed in caring for people who have particular needs and desires as well as their families. It takes a village! And, I'm happy to do my part.
