About Alyssa

Hi! My name is Aly and throughout my life, I have been the person responsible for taking care of my older grandmother. She just recently passed away at 87 and this was absolutely the hardest thing for me. I miss running errands, providing companionship, and so many other things with her. I would absolutely love to build a connection with someone and be able to take care of them like I did my grandmother. Throughout high school I attended a program to become a certified nursing assistant. I spent four years in medical Academy and learned exactly everything you need to know about being a nursing assistant. I'm currently pursuing a career in speech pathology and would like to work with people with special needs so that they are able to communicate better. I would absolutely love the opportunity to get to know you and learn more about how to properly take care of someone with a disability or just to provide companionship to an elder.
